Channels

tescast has 90 Turkish channels: 21 national, 17 news, 6 sport, 5 children, 11 music, 2 documentary, 19 regional and 9 other. More than 60 stream in 1080p. See the channels page.

Sefirox shows 66 live sources on its home page: 11 national, 8 news, 1 general, 2 children, 4 sport, 10 music, 1 documentary and 29 international (sefirox.com, 2026-10-19). That makes 37 in the Turkish categories. This sum comes from the category labels, not from a channel-by-channel check.

If you want mostly Turkish channels, tescast has more of them. If you want 29 international sources as well, Sefirox covers that.

Playing while the car moves

This is the main difference. Tesla's own Theater apps and normal browser video players stop when the car moves. In tescast, live TV and YouTube keep playing when the car moves from Park to Drive.

Sefirox writes on its own page: "Tesla blocks video on the center screen once the car is moving, and Sefirox respects that" (sefirox.com/watch-youtube-on-tesla, October 2026). Its blog answers "Can you watch YouTube on a Tesla while driving?" with no. One Instagram comment from a user mentions use while moving. We treat that as a user comment, not as a Sefirox claim.

This feature is for passengers. The driver must keep their eyes on the road.

Movies, series and IPTV

Sefirox supports movies and series. Its terms say users can add their own legal media sources (Xtream API, M3U), YouTube and Twitch content (sefirox.com/terms-of-service). If you already have an IPTV subscription, this is a real advantage.

tescast has none of this. It has live TV and YouTube only. There are no movies, no series and no M3U lists.

Price and refund

tescast: 200 TL a month or 1.199 TL a year, about 100 TL a month. VAT is included. Cancel at any time. No free plan. If it does not work in your car, you can ask for a refund within 14 days.

Sefirox: "You can try Sefirox for free. Premium options are available for extra features." We did not find a Premium price page. The Premium price is not disclosed. According to its terms, a full refund is possible in the first 14 days after subscribing if the Premium feature was not used. There is no partial refund after use.

Setup

For tescast, you open tescast.app in the Tesla browser, scan the QR code with your phone, create an account and choose a plan. After that the car opens tescast directly. One car connects per account.

For Sefirox, you open sefirox.com in the browser. We did not see QR or code pairing. Its register page asks for an e-mail and password, while its YouTube page says no account is needed to start. We could not resolve this difference.

Language and service area

tescast focuses on Turkey. The interface is Turkish and prices are in Turkish lira. Sefirox offers Turkish, English and German pages. Its terms refer to Turkish law and the courts of Konya.
